Based on the great results of the Fall program, we are going to cook in our own kitchens again! Join the students at the WIU Dietetics Department to learn how to cook some easy and nutritious microwave meals!  Each session you will receive the ingredients and easy to follow recipe with the zoom link to follow along the instructions and create your delicious meal.  Of course, the fun part of this program is getting to eat what you made!

Goals: This program is designed to assist the participants to improve their living skills and to implement healthy eating options.

Requirements for program – Must have working knowledge of microwave and basic cooking skills.
